CrossFit Games Open 15.3 – RX
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall-ball shots
100 double-unders

Men use 20-lb. ball to 10 feet, Women use 14-lb. ball to 9 feet

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
50 wall-ball shots
200 single-unders

Men use 20-lb. ball to 9 feet, Women use 10-lb. ball to 9 feet

Heat Assignments
We’ll run heats at 530pm, 600pm, and 630pm. I know there are people out of town this week that did not write their names on the board, and a handful of people did this Thursday, and there’s a good amount of people that already let me know they’re out of town. That being said, I’m not assigning you to any certain heat. You can follow what you did in previous weeks or go whenever. However… Heats are capped at 6 athletes. Get here early to reserve your spot!
