-5 second pause both times
-aim for ~1rm clean weight

4 hang squat cleans
8 handstand push ups
14 front rack lunges


Coach Haley is taking a sabbatical to focus on finals, the GRE, applying to PT school, and a study abroad program this summer. Hopefully she’ll be back soon, she’ll be missed greatly! Best of luck Haley!
