A) Split jerk-to-knee + OH split squat
-15 minutes
-catch the split jerk as low as possible – once stable, lower your knee to the ground then extend – repeat
-keep weight light and focus on volume and practice

B) AFAFP
100 double unders
Run 1 mile
100 burpees
Run 1 mile
100 double unders
