I have the entire Oly cycle printed out at the gym with sets, reps, and percentages. I’ll just post the movements each day.

5 ball ups
5 strict pull ups
5 around the worlds
5 kipping pull ups

You don’t come off the bar until you complete all 20 reps! Rest between sets as needed.
