The Strict Pull Up Challenge starts today and goes until question mark. It’ll last about 6 weeks, possibly more depending on your skill level. It’s to be done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays before or after class or at home. Everything is written up on the whiteboards by the jerk blocks. Rest about 1-2 minutes between sets. There are 6 starting points to chose from depending on how many strict pull ups you can do, even if that’s zero. Happy pull upping!
