Single leg deadlift, 5×5+
-start with unilateral loaded SLDL w/ KB or DB then progress to bilaterl loaded SLDL once you have perfect form. if you exhaust the the range of KBs and DBs, then you can move on to barbell SLDL
-lumbar and thoracic spine should be extended just as it would during a traditional dead lift
-rear leg should be activated and straight. you should be trying to reach the wall behind you with your extended foot
