A) Mobilize
Choose 2 upper body and 2 lower body stretches – 2 minutes per side per movement

B) Gymnasty
Handstand practice – work your way through the progressions, starting with pike holds to shoulder taps to handstand walks

C) 3x
400m run
20 push ups

Wear a weight vest if you got it, YOLO!
