Instead, we’re moving everything over to a new WOD tracking system called SugarWOD! It combines the fun of social media (fist bumps!) with the workout tracking tools we need. Best of all, it’s a free app for your phone! Join us!

You’ll be automatically subscribed to the WOD, but you can also choose to follow any of our specialty classes and Sweatshop. Start logging your results!
Let us know if you run into any issues. Workouts will be posted around 8pm the night before!
