Bootcamp

Here at Crossfit South, our daily programming is built around a framework of strength movements—squats, presses, deadlifts, and the Olympic lifts. While we believe that virtuosity in these movements is an important part of your athletic development, we understand that not everyone shares our enthusiasm for barbell lifting. That’s where Bootcamp comes in!

Free Saturdays

People of all skill level are welcome. If there’s something that you cannot do, it’ll be our job to scale appropriately and find something that you can do!  Our Saturday community workouts are usually programmed to be “simpler”, but that doesn’t mean they are easy! Specialty Classes

While our group programming is amazing and our members get great results from coming to a few classes every week, we can’t program to hit everyone’s weaknesses. Open Gym

Our members can do open gym anytime that we’re open, however group classes will always have priority for space and equipment, so you might have to work around the class. Unlimited members also have 24/7 access so they can come anytime during the day or night, during class times or not. Nutrition Coaching

Sound nutrition, obtained from a high quality diet in optimal quantities, provides the necessary foundation for continued progress and maximum adaptations from the program. You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. CrossFit makes you accountable: The workouts are 3x harder if you eat cookies the night before. We believe you joined CrossFit South because you wanted to get better. What we do inside the gym each day is only going to get you so far.
