1 head of cauliflower, broken into chunks
1/2 – 1 tbsp curry powder (start with small amount & add until desired taste is reached)
coconut oil, for sautéing
1. Melt coconut oil in a medium skillet over medium to high heat.
2. Once the coconut oil is heated, place the chunks of cauliflower into the skillet and mix in the curry powder.
3. Continue to sauté the cauliflower over medium to high heat until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned.
