We offer open gym access for members-only to pursue virtuosity by working on their strengths and weaknesses outside of class. Every day at CFS we program extra work for our athletes, and we encourage all to stay late or come in early to do work on improving their fitness. Open gym is also a great way to make up a class that you may have missed!
We program group classes every day, but our members can also come any time that we’re open to work on a weakness, practice the lifts, or make up a missed day. We train with a purpose at CFS. If you need guidance, please don’t hesitate to ask!
