At Crossfit South, we like to offer all prospective members a free trial to see what we’re all about. If you’re interested in trying out CFS, you can have 2 free Sweatshop classes on us! You can learn more about Sweatshop by clicking HERE.
We only offer a free CrossFit class to those that have previous CrossFit experience. If you believe that’s you, please send us an email or give us a call to set up your free CrossFit class. Sorry, we do not allow newbies to drop in on a CrossFit class, only Sweatshop.
To get started with your Sweatshop trial, please head to our scheduling website HERE. Once there, you’ll need to create an account and sign our online waiver. Once you’ve done that, 2 free Sweatshop classes will automatically be added to your account! If you’re ready to start your trial, just enroll in a Sweatshop class time that works for you. Make sure to look at our SCHEDULE as our class times sometimes change.
Every Saturday at CrossFit South we offer a free class to the community and our members. That’s right, free to anyone that’s interested! The only thing we ask in return is for you to reserve your spot! To do so, please head to our scheduling website to create an account, sign our digital waiver, and enroll in the Free Community WOD on Saturdays. If you don’t take care of this ahead of time (especially the waiver), we might not be able to accommodate you! So please please please help us help you by following our simple rules. Make sure to check the SCHEDULE for the correct time!
If you’re interested in getting started with our CrossFit classes, you can find out more about our On-Ramp program HERE. Unless you’re coming to train at CrossFit South from another CrossFit affiliate or have relatively extensive experience with Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Plyometrics, Calistehics, and the general CrossFit movements, you need to sign-up for one of our On-Ramp programs. All of our new athletes go through this program so that they can get a basic understanding for what we do at CFS. If you want to skip our intro course, you’ll need to schedule a time with us for a movement screening so we can make sure you know what you’re doing!
