Gone for the summer?

Students (and non-students), if you’re going to be gone for an extended period of time during the summer please email or notify a head coach in writing of when you would like your account to be put on hold. Holds must be at a minimum 1 month. If you’re only going to be gone for a week, enjoy your vacation but I can’t put your account on hold. In your request, please include a start and end date. If no end date is provided we will unfreeze it on the first week of August.

Your other option is to cancel your membership online. If you have not met your commitment you might be charged an early cancellation fee.

No refunds will be offered.
