I came in here super early. It was just me and Zach. I left pretty tired but excited to find this place!
What changes have you seen since starting at CrossFit South?
More conscious as to how I eat. More comfortable with my body
Any advice for new people starting or contemplating CrossFit?
Don’t be intimidated. We all suck air during the workout.
Hobbies/interest outside of a WOD?
I like to garden? As in I have 2 plants in my apartment. I don’t have much free time for hobbies…
Favorite cheat meal?
Fried pickles and beer!
What do you want to accomplish by this time next month? In 3 months? Before the end of the year?
Kipping pull ups, then Butterfly pull ups, then Muscle ups. I want to increase all my max lifts on the whiteboard!
