Membership

Drop in to any of our classes and try us out, your first visit is free! You can sign up afterwards and get started right away! Click here for our schedule of classes, and head over to our scheduling site to create an account, sign our waiver, and register.

Step #1: Try our FREE community workout on Saturdays. This is a 1-hour class where we explain what CrossFit is, show you a few movements, introduce you to some new friends, and take you through a WOD (workout of the day). We also offer one free Bootcamp class for potential members. Click here to learn more about CFS Bootcamp.

Step #2: Purchase a membership! You can then attend our CFS Bootcamp classes that meet every day. If you want to begin with CrossFit, you can schedule a free intro class to learn the basics.

Step #3: Join in on the fun! We suggest you come as regularly as possible, perhaps 2-4 times a week so you stay consistent in your training.
