Step #1: Try our FREE community workout Saturdays at 10am. This is a 1-hour class where we explain what CrossFit is, show you a few movements, introduce you to some new friends, and take you through a WOD (workout of the day). Step #2: Purchase a membership to schedule your 1-on-1 intro class to learn the basics before starting with your CrossFit classes.
Step #3: Join in on the fun! We suggest you come as regularly as possible, perhaps 2-4 times a week so you stay consistent in your training.
