New schedule changes!

We just made some new changes to the schedule. This will closely reflect what the summer schedule will be. The 6:30PM class is now listed as OPEN GYM. This was done to accommodate those that couldn’t make it to any of our earlier open gym times. If you come to the 6:30PM class, you can still do the skill work and WOD listed for that day, and there will be a coach there to help. But, you can also do something else…perhaps make up the squat day that you missed earlier in the week (we will have the squat program on Mondays and Wednesdays for the next 8 weeks…don’t miss a day!). We might also make the same change to the 6:30am classes to give the morning folk a chance at open gym. Stay tuned!

*except for 4/22 & 4/24 where Open Gym won’t start until 3:45pm – after this week it will start at 3:00pm again
