Friends and Youtube

Do you remember you first time doing Crossfit, how did it go?
Oh yeah! It sucked. I almost puked during the warm up. Afterwards, I had to sit in my car for 20 mins before I felt like I could drive.

What changes have you seen since starting Crossfit south?:
My recovery times have been drastically reduced and I enjoy running now.

Any advice for new people starting or contemplating Crossfit?:
It is going to suck, but you will love it. Don’t be afraid of it. It will only make you better.

Hobbies/Interest outside of Crossfit?:
Hiking/camping

Favorite cheat meal?
Anything with bread… yum!

What do you want to accomplish by this time next month? In 3 months? Before the end of the year?
1) complete a clean muscle-up 2) complete 30 days of strict paleo 3) have visible abs

What type of music do you like to WOD to?:
any thing with a foot stomping bass beat.
