Schedule & Prices

CrossFit South offers group classes & open gym available Monday thru Sunday by appointment only. Offered mornings, afternoons, and evenings. You can find our most up to date schedule HERE.

Monthly memberships can be started at anytime and will prorate for the month. These memberships are setup to auto bill on the first of the month.

HOLDS: If you leave town for vacation, or will be gone from the gym for a known period of time, all of the monthly memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 7 days as long as prior written notice is given. Please provide a begin and end date in your request.

CANCEL: If you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide written notice a minimum of 24 hours before your billing date. Please send these requests to info@crossfitsouth.com. We require written requests, verbal requests are not sufficient. We do not do refunds, but we will consider account credits on a case by case basis.

Our memberships are for unlimited visits, there are no restrictions. Full members can come to any class we offer: CrossFit, Sweatshop, Barbell Club, Gymnasty, Rowing. Our members also have Open Gym privileges, which gives them access to the facilities any time we’re open. Most people use this as a time to make up something they missed, or practice a skill.

We occasionally offer limited memberships. Please inquire in person after you’ve completed your free trial.

    Unlimited - $125

    No limit on the number of classes you can attend at CFS. Assuming a minimum of 5x/week, each class costs less than $7!

  • Connector.

    Sweatshop - $100

    We also offer a separate membership for those interested in only our Sweatshop classes. If you come at 5x/week then it’ll cost you less than $5 a class!

We offer a student discount as well. Discounts are not applicable to On-ramp, and you must provide proof of eligibility to receive discount. You can see all our membership prices HERE.
