I thought we could supplement our regular training with a fun little pull up cycle. This will get all of us better at pull ups! It doesn’t matter if you can do 1 or 50 or none, there will be a different starting point for everyone.
So what I need from you this week is to test your max unbroken strict pull ups. You can try it once or every day. You only need to know your number so you can jump in at the correct point in the cycle. There will be different stages depending on athletic ability and you’ll stay at that level until you can successfully complete the tasks. Even if you can’t do a pull up, there’s something for you to do. I’ll have everything written up at the gym by next week. Expect 2-3 days each week of pull up practice.
