At CrossFit South we try to offer a little bit of something for everyone. We have our typical CrossFit group classes as well as Bootcamp classes offered every day as well as open gym. During open gym you can do anything (within reason) as well as choosing from any of the supplemental programming we offer.
Want to work on your cardio? We have aerobic capacity workouts that involve running, rowing, biking, skiing, and rucking. Want to work on your strength? We have accessory work for olympic lifting, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. Feeling a little more sore than normal? Work out that tightness with movement and mobility work.
