Remember to sign up for one or the other soon! The Open starts in 2 weeks! Signing up for FNL gets you put on a team, a tshirt, chances to win prizes, and food and booze every Friday! If you don’t care about all that, you can simply sign up for the Open at the games website and still do the wods on Friday or Sunday. Or you can sign up for both! Or neither and just do Sweatshop on Fridays.
Friday schedules will show “Friday Night Lights” for those that are participating in FNL, “CrossFit Open WOD” for those that are only registered for the open as well as drop in visitors, and “Sweatshop”. Sweatshop will be the open wod but scaled to Sweatshop standards.
If you can, sign up for the Open and FNL.
