If you come today I’d like y’all to find a new/real 1rm on the power clean or power snatch (we’ll move onto the squat variations at a later date). Some of you are using percentages that are clearly wrong. If you have to press out on the snatch, it’s not a snatch. Lower the weight and try again. I don’t want y’all to keep doing things wrong, that only strengthens your deficiencies. So check your ego, take a step back, and do it right.
Tomorrow (saturday) we will be cooking out after the Noon class. Proteins will be provided (most likely burgers and chickeb). BYOB and any sides or condiments. If you don’t bring anything to share then you have to do burpees!
