-open gym/rest day-
Athletes, make sure you’ve tested or have an idea of your max lifts written on the wod board. There are 9 of them. Coaches will work with you today to establish some max lifts. There are class times in the morning and afternoon, but they are all open gym. It’s open gym, so you can work on whatever you want, and I will also have some bonus workouts that you can try out. No girls night wod this Friday, but I think we’re planning on going out for dinner and drinks after we close up at 7pm…come join!
If you’re coming in the morning, make sure you sign up soon. If no one has signed up for a class by the time I go to bed, I’ll be canceling… I’m sick and need my rest!
