Ingredients
1 cup Pecans
½ cup Raw Almonds
1-1/2 cups Medjool Dates, pitted (about 10-12 dates)
¾ cup Dried Apple Rings (no sugar added)
½ tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions
1) Put all ingredients in food processor or high powered blender like a Blendtec or Vitamix.
2) Pulse until the nuts are roughly chopped and you have a dry ball of goo. If it’s too dry, add just a smidgen of water (seriously, just a little bit).
3) Remove from blender/processor and form into a square and cut into bars. Alternately, roll into bite-size balls (my preferred method).
4) Store in the refrigerator up to one week (if they last that long).
