They say you can’t out-exercise a bad diet, but I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt to get in a great workout after all you had to eat on Thanksgiving!

50 calorie row
40 burpees over bar
30 power snatch, 135/95#
20 squat cleans, 185/125#
10 bar muscle ups
