How did you first get exposed to CrossFit?
Do you remember your first time doing CrossFit, how did it go?
Hell yeah! I was sore for a week! 🙂 In all seriousness, it was great and I was struck by how friendly and welcoming it is at the gym
What changes have you seen since starting at CrossFit South?
Muscles in my arms came back! I’m new to town and CrossFit South has been a fun and rewarding place to exercise and meet new people.
Any advice for new people starting or contemplating CrossFit?
Just give it a try and commit to coming back. Have fun and enjoy the success. Don’t be scared!
Hobbies/interest outside of a WOD?
Running and yoga

Fried food and beer
What do you want to accomplish by this time next month? In 3 months? Before the end of the year?
I care more about getting tone (i.e. getting rid of the fat) rather than lifting more…but it si fun to throw around some weight
What type of music do you like to WOD to?
Lots of beats per minute. Hip hop.
