When did you start training at CrossFit South?
Favorite WOD or movements?
I want to get better at overhead squats, snatch, cleans, T2B, and muscle ups. I like the RUCK workouts too.
Least favorite WOD or movements?
Burpess! Really though, hard is good!

Yes! Terrible, awful, and great all at once
What changes have you seen since starting at CrossFit South?
Muscles! Better sleep, more engergy

Wife’s caramel cake, pizza
What do you want to accomplish by this time next month? In 3 months? Before the end of the year?
Muscle up, 10 straight toes-to-bar, do all/most WODs at the highest level
What type of music do you like to WOD to?
It all goes black so it really doesn’t matter
