Snatch, double unders, burpees

What sports/health background do you have if any?
High school baseball, I’ve done 10 marathons, intramural and rec sports

How did you first get exposed to CrossFit?
Went with a neighbor to try it

Do you remember your first time doing CrossFit, how did it go?
Yes. It was very difficult. Every muscle in my body was sore.

What changes have you seen since starting at CrossFit South?
Increased strength in almost every exercise. Confidence that I know what the hell I am doing.

Any advice for new people starting or contemplating CrossFit?
Be open minded and be ready to push yourself harder than you ever thought possible

Hobbies/interest outside of a WOD?
Running, hiking, traveling, reading

Favorite cheat meal?
Pizza or mexican food (chips and salsa) YUM!
