Played a few sports, ran for fun in high school. Competed in North Georgia Adventure Race (90 miles)

Yes and I enjoyed it!
What changes have you seen since starting at CrossFit South?
I have become stronger and healthier
Any advice for new people starting or contemplating CrossFit?
Just enjoy it and stick with it. Sometimes there is pain before pleasure
Hobbies/interest outside of a WOD?
White water kayaking, photography, climbing, hiking
Favorite cheat meal?
A good loaf of fresh olive bread
What do you want to accomplish by this time next month? In 3 months? Before the end of the year?
Just overall fitness, free standing handstand push ups, better muscle ups
